While we will always cover ground shipping to you on Orders through our website, as well as warranty claims, for both warranty/out-of-warranty claims and 30 Day Audition returns, we generally ask you to cover shipping to us.
So what's the best way to ship the return?
It mostly depends on the item your shipping. Smaller items like DACs and Wireless adapters can often be shipped the cheapest via USPS. On larger items like Speakers and Subs, UPS or FedEx are usually more cost effective.
You'll get the best rates by going to the respective carriers website, creating a free account and printing postage directly from your computer. We suggest trying to resist the urge to drive down to a local store and have someone print the postage or pack the item for you, unless you don’t mind paying a bit more for the convenience; stores will usually mark up postage, and will either bill you directly for the labor of packing the item or will offset this cost by marking the postage/packaging up even more.
I don't have the original box- what now?
For 30 Day Audition returns, we require you use the original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund for products without the original packaging.
For Warranty claims, as far as boxes and packing materials go, you're going to be best off if you still have the original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, it’s fine to use your own packaging. We’re unable to send you packing material (boxes and foam inserts), but you should be able to find these easily at a local store at a cheap price, if you don’t have an extra box or two from a recent purchase.
How long does this process take?
For 30 Day Audition returns, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. For warranty and out of warranty claims, service turnaround time is typically 5 to 7 working days after we receive your shipment.
